A pure, fruity Savagnin, with floral and spicy notes, and a hint of walnut... Palate: a clean, precise, well-balanced wine, this is some mouth-watering juice, with lovely acidity, and a long finish.
100% Savagnin, from vines farmed biodynamically and planted on marl soils in the Chassagnes area of Pupillin. Manual harvest. The vinification is gentle and respectful, with direct pressing, three years of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Neither fined nor filtered, and bottled at the estate without any added sulphur.
