Old vines of Pinot Noir, grown organically, and planted on a terroir of grey marls from the Lias period and marls from the Trias. Manual harvest and natural vinvifaction: semi-carbonic maceration at controlled temperature of 12/14°C, one year of aging in casks that have seen several wines. Neither fined nor filtered, and zero added sulphur!

Jean François Ganevat
Jean-François Ganevat represents the 14th generation of vignerons of his family in Rotalier, in the south of Jura. After years working as the cellar master of Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, he took over his family’s estate in 1998.
