A powerful and complex nose with notes of roasted apricot, orange peel, acacia honey, hazelnut, and quince... Palate: a wine with a great deal of residual sugars, but balanced by just the right amount of acidity. A sublime sweet cuvée, at once rich, elegant and smooth. Bottle of 37,5 cl.

A cuvée produced only in the best vintages, a blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin from vines planted on several plots of land, with predominantly clay-limestone soils. The grapes are harvested by hand using small crates. The bunches are then laid out to raisin for three to five months, followed by a long pressing, fermentation and 66 months of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines, without any topping up of the barrels. Bottled on the 28th of February 2024.

Marin Fumey, a young purebred Jura winegrower, has always bathed in Vin Jaune! His parents Adeline and Raphaël founded the estate in 1986 with only 56 acres of vines.
