100% Carignan, from certified organic vines, grown on stony clays, facing North. The estate is certified organic. The soil is lightly tilled twice a year, and grapes are harvested by hand with small crates. Vinification: maceration of the whole bunches for 8 days. Aging for a bit more than one year in old barrels, bottled at the estate in November 2022. Without fining or filtration, without added sulfites.
