Blend of 50% Grenache Noir from 20-year-old vines and 50% Cinsault from 6-year-old vines grown organically and planted in the commune of Paziols, on clay and limestone soils with pebbles. Harvested by hand. Natural vinification without any additives: direct pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats, 7 months maturation in vats. Neither fined nor filtered, and just a microdose of sulphur during bottling at the Estate, on the 2nd of April 2024.
