A blended cuvée of 50% Syrah and 50% Grenache, from old vines grown organically and planted at 400 metres altitude on schist and clay-limestone soils. Harvesting is done by hand with small crates, controlled yields. The grapes are destemmed then placed in vats for three weeks, soft pressing, followed by a maturation of one year in barrels that have seen several wines. Unfined, unfiltered, little sulphur.
