100% Lledoner Pelut, the Catalan Grenache, from 40-year-old vines cultivated organically and planted on a 0.3 hectare parcel, on stony clayey-limestone soils. South exposure. Manual harvest, direct pressing, fermentation and maturation in fibreglass vats, without racking. Neither fined nor filtered, bottled at the Estate on the 2nd of April 2024, with just a microdose of sulphur (0.8 g/hl).
