100% Lledoner Pelut, the Catalan region’s Grenache, from more than 40-year-old vines grown organically and planted on stony clays, facing North. The grapes are harvested by hand with small crates, and the vinification is natural. 8 days of maceration of the whole bunches, soft pressing, one year of aging in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled in Fall 2023 at the Estate, without fining nor filtration, and without the addition of sulphur.
