A 100% Grenache Noir cuvée from young vines cultivated organically, on stony clayey-limestone soils in the commune of Paziols. The grapes are harvested by hand, and yields are kept tightly under control. Neither fined nor filtered, and bottled at the estate on the 2nd of April 2024 with just a microdose of sulphur (0.8 g/hl).
