Lopin - 2020 - Imogen Berry et Robin Althoff
Domaine Berry-Althoff
A few words from the winemakers: "The ruby color reflects the aromas of fresh strawberry. A complexe wine with delicate tannins, long minerality and peppery notes. Its drinkability makes it great to accompany many dishes, from the apero to the dessert, or even by itself."

100% Cinsault from old vines grown organically and certified in the process of converting to biodynamics, planted in 1969 on limestone soils in Aujargues in Gard region, Southern Rhône Valley. Manual harvest. Natural vinification: total destemming, 12 days of maceration, pressing, one year of aging in different containers: in sandstone jars, in casks that have seen several wines and in stainless steel vats. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
