100% Niellucio from vines planted in 2013 by Xavier, on the terroir of Aniane, on clay-limestone soils with the presence of rolled pebbles. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by traditional vinification: gentle pressing, 24 months of maturation in barrels. Bottled at the estate with a small dose of sulphites.

Xavier Braujou settled in Aniane back in 1998, just next to the Grange des Pères and Mas Daumas Gassac. Prestigious neighbours indeed, though this strong-armed vigneron certainly needn’t be ashamed of the juice he’s making! He’s been the rising star of this area for some time now.
