Second vintage for this 100% Cinsault cuvée from four-year-old vines (so second year that it's possible to make wine from it) planted by Xavier on soils of rolled pebbles and limestone scree. Manual harvest. Vinification: gentle extraction, one year of aging in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the estate with a low dose of sulphur.

Xavier Braujou settled in Aniane back in 1998, just next to the Grange des Pères and Mas Daumas Gassac.
