A nose with notes of white fruits, acacia, linden, and a touch of candied pear... Palate: great volume and freshness, a perfectly balanced wine, the acidity adding just the right amount of tension, plus a long, slightly mineral finish with a hint of salt at the end.
A 100% Chenin cuvée, made from vines farmed organically (the entire estate is certified) and planted in the Saint Lambert du Lattay area. The grapes are harvested by hand at maturity using small crates. Vinification: direct pressing, natural yeasts, transfer to barrels that have seen several wines for fermentation and maturation. Unfiltered, and zero added sulphur.
