Second vintage for this crush, it's impossible to guess during a blind tasting! Lots of aromatics carried by white fruits, brioche and a hint of citrus. Fat and opulence on the palate, it is a very beautiful wine, but what did you expect, we’re speaking of Clau de Nell!

100% Cabernet Franc from 45-year-old vines grown biodynamically and planted on light silt soils. Early harvest, about 15 days before the stage of maturity of a red wine. Manual harvest in the morning in cool temperatures. Long and gentle pressing in a pneumatic press, only the heart of the press is kept. Settling for 48 hours, start off the fermentation in vats, aging for 12 months in barrels that have seen several wines, and 6 months in vats. Bottled at the Estate during Spring 2023.
