100% Chenin, made in the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation, from old vines cultivated biodynamically and planted on poor soils. Late harvest by hand, the grapes were picked during a fourth pass through the vineyard, after developing divine noble rot. They were then meticulously sorted at sorting tables on site in the vineyard and in the cellar. Vinification: pressing, fermentation and maturation in barrels.
