100% Melon de Bourgogne from 30 to 70-year-old vines grown organically and planted on a two-hectare plot, facing South-East. Manual harvest. Vinification: direct pressing, aging for 6 months in stainless steel vats. Not fined, not filtered, micro-dose of sulphur at bottling, at the end of February 2024.

Antoine Delaunay
Antoine Delaunay, son and grandson of Muscadet winegrowers, is a 36-year-old winemaker, now at the head of the Delaunay Vignerons estate.
