100% Chenin, from the young vines of the Estate, conducted organically and planted on soils of flinty clay. Manual harvesting done at full maturity. Natural vinification without any additives, start of fermentation in barrels, secondary fermentation on laths, disgorgement à la volée after more than a year of élevage on laths. Work by gravity, unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulfites.
Renaud Guettier is a young agro-engineer impassioned by natural wine and in love with the Loire Valley. Determined to become a vigneron, he bought his first hectare of vines in 2004 and vinified his own wines for the first time.
