A wine with freshness and minerality, this is clean and extremely precise juice. With notes of citrus fruit and a saline finish. A splendid cuvée.
A 100% Menu Pineau cuvée, made from vines between 65 and 80 years old plus 30% young vines, farmed organically and planted on a flinty-clay and sandy soil. Viticulture and winemaking are 100% natural: yields are around 40 hl/ha on this 1.40 hectare plot, followed by direct pressing, 11 months maturation in demi-muid and Burgundy barrels. No fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur during bottling at the estate on the 22nd of July 2024.
