A 100% Melon de Bourgogne cuvée from organically grown vines, vines planted from 1948 to the end of the 70's, on schist and gneiss soils, facing South, overlooking the slopes of the Loire. This is a blend of all the Melon parcels of the Estate. The grapes are harvested by hand of course. Neither fined nor filtered, bottled one the 29th of February 2024, with only a micro-dose of sulphur.
