100% Cabernet Franc from vines grown organically and planted on the "Les Poyeux" plot in Chacé, which shows sandy soils over limestone. Manual harvest in small crates of 10 kg. Vinification: total destemming, 40 days of maceration without forcing or pushing the extraction, then 9 months of aging in 500-liter barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled without fining or filtration, without added sulphites.
