Pineau d'Aunis - 2023 - Thierry Puzelat
Clos Tue-Boeuf
A nose of raspberries and ground pepper... Tasting superb from the barrel, it will surely become closed for a time after bottling – will benefit from cellaring... The palate is concentrated, with a spicy finish – a superb wine.

Manually harvested vines of 4- to 80 years old. Fermentation in truncated oak barrels, two weeks of semi-carbonic maceration, 5 months of élevage in demi-muids and Burgundy barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled at the estate on the 13th of February 2024, without added sulfites.
