100% Chasselas from old vines of 45 to 50-year-old, grown biodynamically and planted on the Chantalouettes plot, facing south-south-east at an altitude of 190 metres, covering 0.22 ha on a clayey sandy terroir. Harvesting was done by hand from the 22nd of September. Natural vinification: direct pressing, aged in 500-liter barrels. Bottled at the estate on a waning moon.
