A blend of Gamay, Côt and Pineau d'Aunis from Puzelat’s negotiant business. Puzelat buys organic grapes from vigneron friends who share the same values. Unfined, unfiltered, sensible use of sulfur at bottling, done at the Estate on the 16th of May 2024.
