A blend of 25% Mourvèdre, 25% Grenache Noir, 25% Carignan and 25% Cinsault from 50-year-old vines farmed organically, facing northeast, on a very cool terroir. Hand-picked in small crates. Vinification is traditional but without any chemical additives. The grapes are 100% destemmed, followed by 15 days maceration, with temperature control, then 6 months maturation in vats. Very little sulphur.
