Second vintage for this cuvée that opens with notes of... strawberry tart! Red currant jelly, cherry, blood orange... A juicy, indulgent rosé with lovely structure, fluidity, and freshness from start to finish.
100% Grenache Noir from vines farmed biodynamically and harvested by hand. Natural winemaking without additives: 25% of the grapes ferment as whole clusters for a quick 6-day carbonic maceration, while 75% of the harvest was direct-pressed. Blending of these two juices and aging 6 months in stainless steel vats. Bottled in March 2024 at the estate, unfined, unfiltered, with just a micro-dose of sulfur during racking of the vats.
