100% Grenache Noir from vines farmed biodynamically and harvested by hand. Natural winemaking without additives: 25% of the grapes ferment as whole clusters for a quick 6-day carbonic maceration, while 75% of the harvest was direct-pressed. Blending of these two juices and aging 6 months in stainless steel vats. Bottled in March 2024 at the estate, unfined, unfiltered, with just a micro-dose of sulfur during racking of the vats.

Nicolas Renaud is a thirty-something winemaker settled since 2007 just next to Tavel and Avignon. His adventure began in 2003 when Nicolas, a disciple of Eric Pfifferling of the Domaine de l'Anglore , decided to trade his career in public education for the hard but liberating profession of a vigneron.
