2021 is a special vintage at the Domaine, where the usual Côte Rôtie cuvées have been blended, as you can tell from the label. We'll find the terroirs of Tupin, Bassenon, Binardes and So Brune together in bottle. 85% Syrah and 15% Viognier from old, organic vines planted between 1896 and 1997, on granitic and schist soils. Natural vinification, aging in oak barrels for two years, without new oak. Unfined and unfiltered, no added sulfites.
