A rich, unctuous, mouthwatering wine, with beautiful acidity, remarkable freshness and a citrusy finish.
A blended cuvée of 90% Marsanne and 10% Roussanne from the Les Bâties vineyard site. The vines are 30 years old and planted on a gentle slope of clay soils facing southwest. Natural vinification, no additives, direct pressing, maturation in demi-muids or barrels, without new oak. Bottled without filtration or sulphur between August and October, depending on the vintage.
