A 100% Marsanne cuvée, from organically farmed vines planted on a parcel of red clay soils. Manual harvest and natural vinification without additives, direct pressing, maturation in demi-muid barrels, without new oak, between 12 and 14 months. Bottled at the estate without added sulphur, no fining nor filtration.
