First vintage for this négociant cuvée—and the very first négociant wine from Maison Stéphan! A 100% Grenache Noir from biodynamic vines planted on a one-hectare plot in Alba-la-Romaine, Ardèche. The parcel, on a slope with southeast exposure, sits on clay-limestone soils. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified at the Domaine in Tupin, Rhône: 15 days of whole-cluster carbonic maceration, gentle pressing, and 8 months of aging in concrete tanks. Unfined, unfiltered, and zero added sulfites.
