100% Syrah, this is a négociant cuvée made from purchased grapes. The vines are farmed organically and planted on clay-schist terraces in the village of Roussas. Vinification: full destemming, gravity-fed into and out of vats, with about two weeks of maceration in concrete tanks, with pump-overs all along. Gentle pressing, then aging in concrete vats. Racking, filtration, and bottling at the estate on the 28th of March 2024.

David Reynaud, today in his forties, took over the family estate in 2000, and from the beginning, wanted to convert the vineyard to biodynamics. In 2002, he stopped delivering his grapes to the cooperative, which was uninterested in his desire to improve his work methods!
