100% Grenache Noir from old vines around 60 years old, grown biodynamically and planted in the lieu-dit of Le Grand Devès, in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Manual harvesting, yields around 25 hl/ha. 80% of the harvest is destemmed, five weeks of fermentation in cement vats, 24 months of aging in demi-muids that have seen several wines. Bottled without filtration, sensible use of sulfites.
