Blend of 1/3 of Mourvèdre, 1/3 of Carignan and 1/3 of Grenache, from vines farmed organically and planted on the terroir of Lirac. The grapes are harvested by hand when ripe using small crates, with sorting on the vine, and controlled yields. Just a micro-dose of sulphur 10 days before bottling: 0.3 gr/hectoliter.
