A 100% Syrah cuvée from organically farmed vines rooted in hard granite soils. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: René-Jean Dard keeps the process understated, but the fruit is carefully handled with minimal intervention, gentle crushing, soft pressing, and aging in neutral demi-muids for 12 to 14 months. Bottled at the Domaine without fining, filtration, or added sulfites.
