60% Grenache from the grapes bought to an organic winegrower, and 40% Mourvèdre from the estate, the vines are grown organically and planted of granitic soils, in the little town of Montesquieu-des-Albères. Manual harvest on the 26th of August 2024. Vinification in whole bunches, 12 days of semi-carbonic maceration, cap punching, short aging in barrels that have seen several wines, for three months. Bottled without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur (1 gr/hl) added at racking, before bottling.
