"Banderole" when said with a French South-Eastern accent, sounds a little like Bandol to the ear! A pun to this 100% Mourvèdre, beautifully structured on black fruits and spices, which warms up winter evenings and is the perfect pairing to stewed dishes.

100% Mourvèdre from 40-year-old organic vines planted on granite soils in the commune of Ortaffa. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: two weeks of carbonic maceration in whole bunches, aged in barrels that have seen several wines, bottled at the Domaine in June 2023. Not fined or filtered, just a micro-dose of sulfur.
