A bright and fruity nose on notes of blackberry and blueberry, hint of flowers and garrigue. The palate is fresh, fruity and silky, balanced by a slight acidity and fine tannins. Long finish on black fruits.

Blend of 70% Mourvèdre, 28% Grenache and 2% Carignan from organic vines, planted on schist soils and harvested manually on September the 7th, 2019. Vinification: maceration of the whole bunches that were lightly crushed, from September 8th to 30th, 2019. Pressing, blending of the free-run and press juices. 18 months of aging in stainless steel tanks. 96 bottles produced, bottled by gravity in December 2021 without any additives or sulphites.
Didier Mouton
Didier Mouton is a vigneron in the Corrèze region of south-western France. There, since 2001, he has owned a micro-estate, and since 2006, vinifies his own wines. With a little more than 1 hectare, producing 800 bottles a year, we are talking here about an impassioned gardener.
