KM31 - 2022 - Laurence Manya Krief
Yoyo
With notes of pomegranate, watermelon, morello cherry, crushed strawberry... Concentrated on the palate, the Southern and powerful profile of this juice is counterbalanced by the fluidity and the fruit of the wine, once again it's a great success by Laurence!

Blend of the three colors of Grenache and the three colors of Carignan from century-old vines grown organically and planted on three small plots on the heights of Banyuls-sur-mer, on black shale soils. Manual harvesting and minimal yields, around 5hl/ha, this is heroic viticulture! Vinification: 12 days of semi-carbonic maceration in stainless steel vats, aging in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the Estate in the beginnig of 2023 without fining or filtration, micro-dose of sulphur.
Laurence Manya-Krief
Laurence Manya-Krief is sincere, upright, and determined... Formerly a sales director in ready-to-wear fashion, at 35 years old she dropped her career for a life of vines. Today, our taste buds are thrilled that she did! She may be petite, but she cultivates some of the most difficult plots in France. Her steep slopes are completely incompatible with mechanised farming, so she depends instead...
