A blend of 90% the three Grenache varieties and 10% Carignan, from 70-year-old vines grown organically and planted on an Eat-facing, steep terraced parcel. Composed mainly of schist soils, mechanised farming is impossible here, everything is done by hand. Natural vinification: whole bunches, maceration in barrels, without pumping over the must. Matured 6 months in barrel – only one was produced. This Collioure exists only in magnums, it is THE signature cuvée by Bruno.
