A blend with 90% Grenache varietals (noir, blanc and gris) and 10% Carignan. The vines are 70 years old on a south-facing parcel. A natural winemaker, Bruno has his work cut out for him with his steep terraced parcels. Composed mainly of schist soils, mechanised farming is impossible here, so Bruno can only use a horse for ploughing. Vinification: whole bunches, vinified in barrels, without pumping over the must. Matured 6 months in barrels that have seen several wines. Unfined, unfiltered, zero sulphur added.
