100% Grenache Noir from vines grown organically and planted on schist soils, on a steep slope, terraced parcel in Banyuls. Mechanization isn’t possible for year-round vineyard work, everything is done by hand, just like the harvest. Natural vinification: total destemming, start of fermentation in wooden vats, mutage according to the traditional vinification of Banyuls, aging in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the Estate in May 2023 without fining or filtration, without added sulphites.
