Olla in the Catalan language means "the pot", in which we find here some white peach, apricot, grapefruit, yuzu, elderflower, a very exotic and summery profile! A thirst-quenching cuvée, very easy drinking and light. And this pot has 10.5% ABV, so you can dive right in!

A blend of 50% Macabeu, 25% Muscat Petits Grains and 25% Muscat d'Alexandrie, from biodynamically-managed vines planted on clay-limestone soils. Harvested by hand. Natural winemaking: 10 days of maceration of the whole bunches, gentle pressing, aged in concrete vats for seven months. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, zero added sulfur!

Tom Lubbe
Tom Lubbe hails from South Africa. In France, he was one of the finest students of Gérard Gauby , thanks to whom he met Nathalie, Gérard’s sister, with whom he settled in 2001 in Calce, in a still unspoilt environment, where they founded the Domaine Matassa.
