100% Syrah from 10 year old organic vines planted on clay and iron soils with rolled pebbles. The grapes are bought from Lionel Condoret, but Perrine does all the work on the plot! Hand-harvested and vinified naturally. 12 days of maceration on the skins, alternating layers of destemmed grapes and whole bunches in the tank. Gentle pressing, 11 months of aging in fiberglass and demi-muids. Bottled in May 2022, without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.

Perrine Loeuilleux
Perinne Loeuilleux is a new winemaker that was absolutely not destined for a career in the vineyard. An agricultural engineer from the Pas-de-Calais region of France, she raised with "big red wine" by her parents; it was her encounter with a Burgundian guy that put her head and palate straight into wine! A series of winemaking experiences followed, from Domaine de la Tournelle to Domaine...
