A cuvée made almost entirely from a single grape variety: 97% Grenache Noir, with 3% Carignan. Manual harvest on the 3rd of September. From a vineyard parcel of just 12 ares, with vines planted in the 1950s, on a sandy schist soil. Vinification: crushing, whole grape bunches, 40 days of maceration, blend of the free-run and the press juice, maturation for 2 years in old barrels that have seen 10 wines, with ZERO additives, that’s ZERO. Bottled on the 25th of September 2021 with only 70 (!!) bottles produced.
