A blend of a multitude of grape varieties, notably Macabeu and Grenache Blanc, grown on a terroir of schist and limestone marl. The vines are between 60 and 110 years old and farmed organically. Manual harvest and low yields. Traditional vinification: delicate pressing, indigenous yeasts. 9 months of aging, 20% in new demi-muid barrels and 80% in old casks. Bottled by gravity, without fining or filtration.
