Blend of 80% Gamay and 20% Persan from vines planted on a hillside located in the commune of Saint-Pierre-de-Soucy. The soil is made up of hard black schist and clay. Manual harvest. Less steep than the Cevins hillside, this slope offers more standard yields. Vinification is done in vats, with a short maceration, then 8 months maturation in vats. Bottled at the Estate at the beginning of May 2023 with a tiny pinch of sulphur.
