100% Altesse from 30-year-old vines grown biodynamically, planted on a parcel that once belonged to Baron Pierre Decouz, purchased by the winemakers' father in 1993. Harvesting was done by hand, and directly pressed, followed by a natural viniifcation and a year of aging, 85% in vats at 85% 15% barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled on the estate in accordance with lunar cycles, with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
