100% Alibernet, cuvée produced grapes bought to Viktor's neighbors, 35-year-old organic vines planted on the hill of Siklos in Levice. Travertine and limestone soils. Vinification: believe it or not, it is a... direct pressing! Alibernet is one of the most dyer grape varieties in the world. Three months of fermentation in stainless steel vats until Christmas 2019, then a year of aging in an old 225-litre barrel until Christmas 2020. Bottled without fining, filtration or addition of sulphites.

Viktor Sipos traveled the world before coming back to Slovakia. As an engineer specialized in power plants, he lived in London, Vietnam and Martinique. Willing to settle in his hometown, he looked for a family house in Levice, South-West of Slovakia. It was chance (fate!) that put his current home in his path.
