B763 - 2021 - Fabien Jouves
Mas del Périé
Nose carried by notes of crushed strawberry, black berries, and soft spices. Palate in perfect harmony with the nose, it's silky, with lots of roundness, nice volume, fine and powdery tannins, mineral structure, incredibly elegant mouthfeel, very long finish with a hint of blackcurrant.

Bottled at the Estate without fining nor filtration, no sulfur added.
