A 100% Malbec cuvée made from 48-year-old vines grown organically, and planted one a sigle-plot parcel of one hectare at an altitude of 330 metres on an East facing slope of red clay soils several metres dee. Grapes are picked by hand, with a selection of the best grapes from the plot. Vinification: gentle maceration, matured on lees for two years in a single cask. Light filtration, no fining, micro-dose of sulphur at bottling. One year of maturation in bottle, in the estate cellars, to bring out its best expression.
