100% Merlot, a single plot cuvée from 21-year-old vines, planted on clay-limestone soils. Manual harvest. Natural vinification: maceration in whole bunches for a week in concrete vats, long pneumatic pressing. Bottled without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulfur at bottling (one gram/hl).
